Missing Kuids? Post them here.

Hello,

I am playing absolutely awesome route "Enez Stritzhenn trenbirinik". A version of a French route by "guyader1".

After 2 months of intense kuid search I have 1 dependency missing, however the link to the cdp package found by kuidindex is no longer valid. It would be so awesome if someone could point me to it. Just imagine, awesome route, 2 months worth of searches, and only one last kuid to get...

I have no missing dependencies in "Enez Stritzhenn" route (kuid:458053:103566>), but no trace of <kuid2:158711:2:1>. There are three "garages" listed but not "Lim Garage Franc". Maybe something obsoleted by another KUID with a different name?

Hello HPL,

This is a slightly "modded" version called "Enez Stritzhenn trenbirinik". Put together by "guyader1", it uses "trenbirinik's" textures and a few other bits, and it has a session as well :) it is really cool. The <kuid2:158711:2:1> exists, but the link to it from trainz-et-compagnie.clicforum.fr forum leads to "404", page not found.

Maybe I could try the French forum, see if someone can help there.

Thank you, mimes

hi - i am missing 2 dependencies for the built in session ECML Kings Cross Newcastle: Lincoln Relief and some other built ins

the lincoln relief session is missing 2 dependencies i have found :

Atari (kuid 68787:1441:11)
ECML Kings Cross - Newcastle (kuid: 154322:100362:1)

and for another built in i am missing

Missing dependencies: Jointed Rail Smart Signal library v1.77 - not sure which built in route this one is for but author is norfolksouthern37

and Murchison 2 hi detail lists "faulty dependencies" in the content manager also

surely i can get these somehow if it is a built in session, ie these are supposed to exist in the game

Giddday,

Murchison 2 was originally built around 2004/2006. It was updated for TS2009, TS2010 & TS2012. It still can be purchased from NV3 as DLC for TS2012. The current Murchison 2 DLC for TS2012 comes up with errors in Tane & TS2019.

Michael, (Sirgibby) is currently completely revamping Murchison 2 for Tane. He's already put well over a thousand hours plus into the revamp & extensions over the last 3+ years. I've seen some screenshots of some of the completely revamped area's and they look incredible... IMHO, stunning. I can assure you that if you are a Murchison 2 fan, you won't be disappointed and it will well be worth the wait.

Cheers, Mac...

i am wondering if i need to do a reinstall, which is a pain as i have like 50 gig of stuff from the DLS

If you only have the DLC version of Murchison 2, your probably stuck with TS2012 SP1 HF4. I used the original M2 TS2009/TS2010 disc and installed M2 using the .ja install method. Installed it into TS2012 49922 (Pre SP1)... The last of the Trainz builds that retained the old "compatibility" mode.

M2 doesn't show any faulty or missing .cdp in this install and is fully editable. (both route & sessions).

As a suggestion, try and re-install Murchison 2 into your existing TS2012. Make a complete backup of your whole TS2012 directory first, just incase something goes wrong. Good luck.

Cheers, Mac...

thanks i have gone the nuclear option and just uninstalled and deleted everything - having 60gig (it turned out to be that much) of DLS stuff is probably too much and ther ewas stuff in there which i dont was actually fully compatible with ts12

i have trainz2009 and 2010 engineers edition deluxe which i am yet to install, but for now i am going to reinstall ts12, get all its ultimate edition dlc installed and then just add a few of the things back in from dls that i know will be compatible - a few australian routes and locos and some more german stuff some some other us subdivisions and sessions will be enough

Working on recovering from a hard drive crash..moving everything from TS12 to TANE. Hav a session thats missing some items think it's all JR rolling stock but no idea what they are.
If someone could id the kuids for me at least i'd know where to start. Have tried TKI and Google with no results found and searching on JR's site by kuid doesn't seem to do any good either.

EDIT... Just found the CSX loco on the content vault but I had never added it. strange....

G'day All,

Just having a look at the Industrial Switching Model RR by CattyPatty from the DLS which looks quite nice, but there are a few KUIDs that I can't track down (there are also the Pofig trees to sort out at some stage).

I've tried Google but without much luck. I gather the eastcoasttrainz site has gone by the wayside,so I guess they're no longer available.

Could anyone perhaps advise at least what these items are? So I could try to guess what is what on the layout and try to replace it with something similar in the config file? (I can see that at least one of them would be a switch lever of some kind)

Many thanks for any help or advice.

Cheers,
Piere.
