They are all by author wearsprada. TKI has zero results and google was no help.

All of them are from JR's payware routes (Dry Brook & Esopus Valley RR, Monongahela & Western Pennsylvania...).

Are you sure they are not included in one or both packs linked at the bottom of route's description?

All JR's routes are good as I am concerned (once billboard vegetation has been replaced). "Dry Brook & Esopus Valley RR" and "Monongahela & Western Pennsylvania" both work in TRS19 (note that the latter is set in Winter only).
