Missing dependency for CEFX SD90MAC

Recently bought the CEFX (purple) SD9043MAC from JR. All dependencies check out except for one: <kuid2:45324:50038:1>. This is technically a dependency of the EMD HTCR bogey. Cannot find it anywhere on the JR site, and I have tried re-downloading and running the main CDP file to no avail.

Is it asking you to overwrite anything when you reinstall? It should be asking if you want to overwrite some files, you want to choose yes. Also do you have anything left in the open for edit tab in CMP?

Yes, I have ran it multiple times and allowed it to overwrite everything. All items are committed.
