Trainz DLC won't install

Hi, I just got the Nickle Plate High Speed Freight Set and the Aerotrain Set, but they won't install, I'm using this account, I have TS12 SP1 HF4. Any ideas?

They should install when you are in-game. If not, use Get New Content > Redownload All Purchases.

Assuming he hasn't made the usual mistake of using a different username for Simulator Central. Needs to be the one you use for Trainz.
Or
He is trying to install it with Content Manager, that doesn't work need to start Trainz proper.
