Bergen Tunnels

I recently came across a picture of the bergen Tunnels and I was wondering if anybody had any information about them.
Here is what I found:

Actually I went back and studied that and I think that is the tunnel leading out of penn station on the modern NEC.
 
Upon further study, it most likely is, as it crosses both the DL&W's 4 track commuter line and the Erie's 6 track main out of Jersey city. This still helps a lot though, so thank you.
