Username and Password forget !! HELP

Hello !

I new here and my english is not so well. I speak german and english too, but bad.

So my problem. I ve bought trainz 2010 and activated my serial number. But i ve forgot my username and my passwort. If Admins are here,can you send me a private message ?

I have my serial number here. So can you locate my username e-mail and passwort, if i give you the serial number. I can also shoot a photo.
