Having Problem With Content Updates Part of TS2010

Hi my name is Aidan :wave:
On the link to Content Updates it shows I have 2129 updates.
When I go to the Content Updates section of TS2010 it shows a red Icon at the bottom right of the screen and there are no Items listed for updates.
I have clicked on the Icon and it comes up with this;

• UpdatesMenu : Thread Exception : ER_Exception, line 202, file updatesmenu.gs (1)
  
• UpdatesMenu : empty string at parameter 1 (file HTML Buffer.gs) (1)

I have downloaded content form content manager so I believe it will have something to with the stuff I have downloaded.
I have searched in content manager for HTML Buffer and nothing came up.
I am happy to delete what is coursing this problem if I know what it is.

So can someone please tell me how I can fix this so i can update all content that I want to use.

The fix does involve Content Manager. Simply run an extended database repair from the File menu to fix this problem.
