HoggerDrew, great to see VIA represented here.
Epo, your shots look like Kodachrome! Sharp and rich colours!
Rail4Pete, beautiful Quebec country side. Country comfort!
evilcrow, great to see your transition era shots! I’m getting ideas.

Todays snap is from Joynt’s Creek.

Thanks Casey, but I don't limit myself to just VIA....my grandfather having been Trainman and later a Conductor for the Kingston& Pembroke line of CPR, or as it was known locally, the Kick & Push (Rail4Pete, you may have stumbled across that reference in looking up the details of your CP shortline), means that CP steam, especially D10's and G5a's, will always hold a place dear to me..

Anyway, enough blabber. Here's some shots of CP 1087 and 1201(G2 not G5a) on an Excursion train

@ Epoche: Is that your own route or one from somewhere else? Looks amazing

Really great screen shots being posted here lately!

Epo, I like those CN shots of yours!

Another shot of Touchwood here, westbound.
Cheers, Jack

:D

Edit: BTW I was shocked at how few Canadian Pacific AC4400CWs were available and that none of them support renumbering.

Nice shots! Thank you for pointing out where all these came from. I didn't know about the throttle9trainz website and snagged me a few AC4400s there myself.

Evilcrow: Superb B&W shot, with a little bit of blur added (as there was no HD shot in this era), we would think these are real photos !
Regards!

Evilcrow,
Amazing black and white shots!

My favorite was the fourth shot with 2530 pulling the long consist that faded into the steam cloud and fog. It could have been a photograph. Very nicely done!

Rail4Pete Grain doors! Nice!

Passengers arrive by station shuttle at the popular Glacier Springs Resort destination. Like any railroad baron, Glacier Springs was added to my route to sell more train tickets and diversify into the hotel and hospitality business. 😉
