Looking forward to seeing those other engines, shebashetan7.

Beautiful shots, Erik! You sure do nice work!

VIA, hope you get something up and running again. It would be nice to see some more of Nova Scotia.

Those are terrific shots from you, Erik! Absolutely beautiful work!

Some nice stuff from you as well, RailFan500CA.

Haven't accomplished much on the Watrous Sub lately. Did some camping in British Columbia for two weeks.
Cheers, Jack

Once again, going back in time...

1890's - East of Ottertail, BC, - CP locomotive no. 732, helped by 737, leads a heavy westbound timber train across the massive trestle. Due to the rough geography encountered in the Canadian Rockies, more powerful 2-8-0 conslidation locomotives were purchased by the Canadian Pacific to conquer the sharp, steep grades of the mountains.

CPR #472 pulls into Field with a load of coal and cordwood.
My-Trainz-Screenshot-Image.jpg

It's a busy day at Field as #12 heads west with a local passenger while #732 wait for her to clear the junctions.
My-Trainz-Screenshot-Image.jpg

Once the yard is clear #472 begins her first run around.

#472 begins her deliveries.

First dropping off the coal.

Then positioning the gondolas to be loaded with lead ore.

After that she drops off the cordwood.

And picks up some logs.

After reassembling the consist it's time to get turned around on the wye.

One last run around

And it is time to head back west.

I've repainted some gondolas, low and high, as well as some flats, all with ARN. Should be available on the DLS tomorrow.

Hello Normhart,,,

A Question on your small Logs, what is the name of them, they are about the size of RR Ties and you have a long row of them stack on MSFG 3733, second picture next to a String of empty Flatcars?

Thanks

Hum, if you are referring to the stacks next to the water tower those are cord wood, I'll try to pin down the exact asset later. There are various others like them on the DLS mostly used in narrow gauge layouts.

Edit: Those are;
<kuid:431633:100522> Wood Cord MBC090B 15 Nov 2016
<kuid:431633:100521> Wood Pile MBC089B 15 Nov 2016
<kuid:431633:100523> Wood Stack 1 MBC091B 15 Nov 2016
<kuid:431633:100524> Wood Stack 2 MBC092B 15 Nov 2016
<kuid:431633:100525> Wood Stack 3 MBC093B 15 Nov 2016
<kuid:431633:100526> Wood Stack 4 MBC094B 15 Nov 2016

A couple of them are on the DLS the remainder you would have to get from Cayden's site http://doug56.net/CPRMS/

It is a quote from Governor Moonbeam. I can't explain it without violating the ban on politics here. (But we aren't!)

Shebashetan7 and normhart, real nice shots from both of you gentlemen! Thanks shebashetan7 for those box cars and cabooses. Nice work. And thank you Norm for the gondolas and flat cars. They look great.

Pierre, glad you liked that shot of mine.

And here's my contribution to the steam shots featured lately.
Cheers, Jack
