For some time now there have been a lot of assets that wont update automatically. The update is in CM but is not being recognised. The only way to update is to Edit in Explorer and change the numbers.
I think I have found the cause, on a number of ocasions now I have found that the offending asset has had its TYPE changed. One for example was a MISC and was changed to a MESH. Others have been MISC and changed to something else. Could this be that the reason for the lack of recognition?
