CCP Help?

I'm not sure. I run Windows 7.

Edit: Is it something I should have? I could download it and try to install it.

I suggest you go to your ..\N3V\TS12\bin folder and run TrainzDiag.exe. If any failures there, fix them first. Especially OpenGL which I beleive is required for CM to run.

How do I fix that?
 
OpenGL is part of your video cards driver. Go to the web page of your video card, find support or driver update option and get the latest driver.

The TrainzDiag result should tell you what graphics card you have - you will then need to visit the website of the graphics card manufacturer to download the latest version of it's drivers. If you are unsure, post the name of your graphics card.

The card is ATI Radeon 3100 Graphics.

I am going to ATI.com now.
 
Actually I'm good. I figured out that my driver was 47 months out of date. Thank you guys so much! If I didn't pay attention to the Trainz Diag, I would've never fixed this!
