question I got a file called Places?

I hope anyone can help me as I got file call places.shp It comes up with blue crosses on my dem, but when I export it into trainz what do i do next? As anyone come a across this file before has it holds names of places like west Runton or Norwich for e.g.

I need a bit of understanding on this type of file for trainz 12 or below, I know a lot of you do create routes so you may know the background on how it works at this moment they just blue dots on the route with no name or post or anything, I knew that ts2009 used to have all this locations on the minimap or route itself so that's why I am asking for help there is no video tutorial or basic tutorial on places.shp, I already worked out the road and rail but for places.shp I do not know.


please note I am using transdem as well

It's probably related to Transdem. Geophil is the best one to ask on that.

It's a file type associated with your DEM data. See here:

Geophil is indeed the man to consult on the matter.

I understand it but how do i export it into trainz from the dem and what is the procedure or tutorial ? but when i did it comes up us blue dots
