On the top bar. Second from the left is "Edit Menu" looks like a paper and pen icon. Click that and go down to where it says "edit session". You will see all the rules there.

Other than one of your auto racks is missing its bogeys. If you have seen some of JointedRails videos they dont have any studdering or jerking.

Most likely the in the session it probably points to in the session rules the specific loco that was originally there. You have to go to edit session and look at the rules and change them to match...

Have you tried an outrageously high number to see if it works? Try something like 120 seconds and see if it takes 2 mins to have the gates close.

How do you fix if it only displays one option? I go to edit environment click the clouds and water and only one option appears nothing else to select.

Dont really know the track plan from the video. But it would be extremely easily to make. Just plop down some baseboards add 4 tracks and then set up a catenary system. Wouldnt take much time at all....
