It can be done but is a lot of work.
Save a copy of your route with a different name.
Open the new copy and find the spot you want to add to and remove all baseboards from that point and save...

Try the different load positions. That wagon has 3 positions. It is loading on position 0. Have this problem with placing TOFC trailers sometimes.

Don't think so. The coal mine has the fuel link built in but stops production of coal when fuel is empty.

The early Auran coal mine would stop production if it ran out of fuel. Maybe you could clone this to operate with the products you list. You would end up with 3 separate operations in the mine area....
