Yeah, the DM&E SD10(?) looks pretty good. Forester, I don't believe its available anywhere, seeing as there's a JR watermark in the right hand bottom corner. Probably means that it's coming soon.

I recommend just buying the route and pack. You’ll be able to edit the engines, as a plus. The original LoBN’s route file is free.
