I second the RTX 3060 for the price range. I Have it in a laptop and can run Trainz 22 on all settings at the highest.
I noticed the same thing along with other recent releases and with the horn compared to other locos.
I actually saw a real-life Video of the same thing with new Sounder Cars in transport recently and wondered why also. Perhaps to reduce damage to other cars should one derail.?

I had the same issue with NS AC44C6M and It was open for edit. Went to the open for edit page and reverted to original did work. Not sure why it was open for edit in the first place. The dependencies...
