none of the N3V patches have triggered any virus warnings with Trend Micro.
if you have Trainz+, then it should automatically unlock the TS19/TS22 Plus - without anything being downloaded…
There's no virus, but I recommend excluding the patcher from your antivirus program because antivirus programs will sometimes interrupt the installation and cause these kinds of errors.
