    You could try the Help Desk. I absolutely couldn't stand the TANE update from SP1 to SP2. They let me download TANE SP1 again. That was over a year ago, they might not do it again. You have to be willing to lose all of your SP4 routes, sessions and assets. None of the stuff you have saved in the SP4 database will load into SP1.
