Biography:

Had an interest in railways since I was a bairn. Same applies to trams. Had several jobs including in railway, travel industry, HQ of a youth organisation then in the Glasgow Education Dept. Been a lifelong member and Lieut then Captr in The Boys' Brigade and was captain of the largest of 60 companies in my part of Glasgow. Also served as a Lay Magistrate (here unlike England, Ulster, Wales you sit yourself instead of a team). Been active in politics, fraternal organisations, kirk and politics. Spoken at clubs, public meetings, etc. Proud of my Reformed Faith and from a Scots Covenanting family (there is a Howie Monumnet bear Eaglesham) Single though had my share of charming women friends over the years! Retired from work early due to ill-health. Live in Knightswood a suburb at the centre of the Universe (Glasgow). ::.
