In the record books of Japan, an engine named "Hiro" was designated as a 2-8-2 Mikado variant neural gauge engine. Neural gauge is halfway between Standard and Narrow gauge lines. So Hiro would of had special track built for him. Since Japan and Ethiopia were the only countries that had neural gauge track.
