It got rebooted, I have upgraded my graphics card , installed Direct X9-9C . Im still using windows 7 64 bit ... The game just crashes so would any one care to suggest anything else. I did find 3340 faults in the code and several key elements missing that would be vital to run the game on either windows 7/ 8 ....
