Making a piece of rolling stock will take weeks if not months.
So, unless you are willing to pay a decent amount of money for it or you are lucky to run into someone who was already building the thing anyway, you probably end up having to make it yourself.
For content creation, there is a specific support forum but there are also loads of topics about this already. I suggest you jump that search option, do some searching and reading.
