Newcastle is a nightmare to navigate

No, really. It's full of switches, and junctions and stuff. On the map, it's even scarier. It really is hell for a driver, because they not only have to dodge other locomotives, they also have to check the switches are set correctly. it really is annoying. Everytime I have to go through Newcastle on trainz, I lower my speed, for fear of derailment, why, the other day I was taking some broken diesels (how do I know they were broken? Their wheels don't move.) by steam locomotive to the nearest scrapyard, but I derailed, thanks to the dastardly deeds of the points lever. It's even worse if you are driving something like a Pendolino. (Trust me, I have derailed in a pendolino several times at Kings Cross, and it isn't pleasant.)
