Speed Tree Groups Disappear

That's because speedtree groups are hidden in surveyor to avoid being used, apparently bad for performance and were only used to replace old style groups, if you want to use them, not recommended but change the permit_listing entry in the privileges Container in the config from 0 to 1.

To

privileges

  permit-listing                        1
}

To "Privileges" I also added the lines:

  permit-edit                         0
  permit-commit                       1

and performed a command-line Extended Database Repair after modifying the assets.
This was applied to all "Speedtree Group" assets, "Tree Green Group" and "Tree Forest Group."

The two privileges you added have only effect if the content would be sold as payware, so have no added value now.

Thank you for the clarification. I wasn't sure, so used the shotgun. At least they do no apparent harm. Any idea why this issue arose so suddenly? I had added at least two speedtree groups back in :10 or :11 then suddenly the other day they started disappearing or becoming unlisted. Or both. Very confusing.
