I have been looking on how to use the track banking tool I T:ANE. I cannot find anything on how exactly to find it. How do I do it?

I think you can find it using the advanced properties button for track spline. Use the button on any track already laid down and you'll get a window with some places to input your super-elevation ratios. The button looks just like the other properties button (question mark) but its listed under the advanced options tab. In the future, ask about this stuff in the surveyors sub forum, you'll get more comments and advice that way.
