STL FRA traffic lights

Hello fellow trainzers, i recently downloaded some STL FRA traffic lights. the only problem is that i dont know how to operate them. in the object viewer it shows the top lights red. can someone tell me how to operate them?

You'd be surprised to know that that's not the case on here and I've been here around 10-11 years. Also, telling oknotsen to deal with it is not the best thing to do.
