Also, didn't someone make a reskin of the default Big Boy as #4014 and post it here? I can't remember who it was, though...

  2. Bouncy track woes (and a fight with this blog)

Decided to work on track today, smoothing things out starting at the East end of the route. One thing I hate is watching a train jump into the air like a virgin being goosed for the first time. The first part of the track is a long 2000 foot section, it had several splines in it which were not needed so they were an easy delete, well sort of. 3. The death of the Polar Bear leads to the prairies

Well with so much wrong with my Moosonee route I have decided to concentrate on building and finishing my Medicine Hat Alberta route. This route runs about 50-60 miles with much small industry switching, a large yard (comparatively) in MH and a smaller yard at Deerlake. The stream had to be re-routed due to all the construction, which has eaten in to what must once have been a wye and other trackage's roadbed. One LP crossing was eliminated at the back gate to Mayville Products and simulated with boards, since it appears disused. The road culvert splines have come out, replaced by pipe per prototype.

I increased the ram to 8Gig and it ran really well. The main thing not to do is click the game when it appears frozen ,that will definitely crash it completely. The build number is on the opening splash screen , down the bottom on the right side.
The highest version for Pre SP1 is 49922.
    Cheers,

On 8Gig it still freezes up , help desk no help they are aware of issues on compatibility ...
