Any new NJT content while I was gone? or is it the same as always

Route building guide
- use variety of textures
- make it very detailed over an area
- use [ or ] to prevent checkerboard style textures.
- realistic track layouts are suggested
- before starting a big route, try starting with smaller routes and build skills
- use detailed objects in front, while less detailed on back
- Trackwork first, trackside items, scenery then details
- try re-creating scenery from photos, research the area
any other suggestions ...

I have been thinking about this question, for long time.
Would Metroliner win or Electroliner win in a race?
