Hey Guys,

It's taken a bit longer than expected but our new site is now online! We have extended the Labor Day sale through Saturday for those who missed out, Club Car members your sale has been extended through Monday @ 50% off.

IMPORTANT:

YOU WILL NEED TO CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT AS THE OLD DATABASE DID NOT MOVE OVER.

Club Car members can email us to have their accounts activated, please create a new account at the new store.

This store will be much easier to navigate and will be upgraded over the next few weeks.

NEW FREEWARE coming later today as well!

Also another thing of note for users of the new website. The sales now will automatically take the percentage off our items and for the clubcar members it will do the exact same for you once we have you setup as a Clubcar User. No more needing to use a specific coupon code!

I am not getting the automated confirmation email back when I attempt to register. Confirmed not in my junk mail. Also sent this info to support.

Like the new website layout.


Update: Jointed Rail resolved my problem earlier this evening. Excellent customer serivce!

No, if you are a Club Car member just shoot us an email after you create the new acct on the new site. We will switch your access from the backend to reflect your Club Car membership.

I emailed at 2:45 never got back to me. Anyone know why?

I try ed emailing them with my two emails, the one i payed with.

The site runs horribly slow... At least that is on my end... But I can only get to asset at a time...

Guys, I got a "Out Of Stock" on all the boxcars and stuff

These dont use stock levels so you should not have a problem downloading them. SImply click on the item and maybe an inch down from the top of that item youll see where it says Download Link. Click that and your set.

Im current on all emails on both sales and support so im not sure where you sent it to.

Send whatever you sent to support@jointedrail.com and I'll look into it.

That is most likely on your end. We just upgraded to over-the-top servers all running SSD drives. Host confirms no problems, network is 100%.

Could be something outside of the server, but between the server and client. I got instant page loads at first, and then it just stopped. My browser shows "waiting for jointedrail.com" at the bottom and the page never loads....

I am downloading a boxcar from the freeware, maybe the server doesn't want more then 1 connection from any given client?

Hi guys,

I just bought me a club car membership but I'm thoroughly and utterly confused on how it works. :confused: I remember back on the old site after you bought your membership you would e-mail jointedrail with the password you wanted to use to login to the club car site and you were set. Does it still work like that?

Sorta.... LOL We're streamlining the process for CC members. Just shoot us an email and we will activate you in the new store. Club Car will be built into the new site, still have some bugs to work out so hang in there!

I can't download and navigate around the site at the same time at all. It is fast except when downloading, then the download speed is excellent but I can't go anywhere without the page freezing up on me.

See my post, one connection at a time only. Your download counts as 1, you trying to surf the site counts as another 1 and therefore is blocked.

I can see why they'd limit connections, otherwise people would make connections and try to download all that sweet free content at once BUT, 2 would be nice so you can browse the site for other things WHILE downloading...

Just send us an email to support with what it should be and we can fix it and confirm it manually.

I can see why they'd limit connections, otherwise people would make connections and try to download all that sweet free content at once BUT, 2 would be nice so you can browse the site for other things WHILE downloading...

It's something were aware of and looking at. Were not sure at this point whether its a software limitation or something else but its on our " list"

The connection issue is on our end. It's being looked at right now, most likely tomorrow at some point it will be fixed.
