For me it would be the special Auran word, SoonTM.

Or how about "Helpdesk"? It's not a desk and it rarely helps.:hehe:

Helpdesk what an invention even in english it sounds like a moreon invented that word sitting at a desk and make himself important coz the the desk looked smarter them him.

This may sound daft, but I've never heard of the term oxymoron before. What does it mean?

Hi Shane
oxymoron is a figure of speech (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Figure_of_speech) that combines contradictory terms. ie. living dead.
See Wikipedia for more details.

Just thought of one (Wikipedia gave me the idea) - the message 'original copy has been removed' when repairing the database in Content Manager.

Speed Trees! So obvious, one of the best!

Actually I only started this thread because of the frustration with trying to post the other day. You have probably noticed that I do post once in a while!:o

Anyway, you're welcome, and I'm glad others came up with so many good ones!

On a similar note, I've never understood the use of the word unrebuilt.

I like it ! but we must read between the lines...you have to catch the rabbit first and the easiest way is to lay down in the grass and make a noise like a carrot.

I appologise in advance to linguistic pedants because this is not relly an oxymoron but I find this thread (http://forums.auran.com/trainz/showthread.php?89633-Sandbox-Mode) mildly amusing in as much as it indicates that the the TS12 manual (which most folks claim is effectively non-existant) refers to a mode of play which appaently is truly non-existant....

Andy :)

Edit: Read the TS12 manual - maybe that would be an oxymoron!

No, it shouldn't because run around train means go around the train, unless you mean the AIs go all the way around the route before coupling to the other end of the train...
