If i modify some built in content in 2010.
Is it later possible to deleted the modified content.
And how to I go about restoring the built in contend after that.

Also
Is there a way of seeing which items were built in before I modified them

You cannot delete built in content nor should you modify it. If you want to make changes to the built in content, make a clone of it first, then modify all you want. The clone can be deleted. To restore built in content if necessary, use the "revert" option in CM. I am basing this reply on TR2009. I believe 2010 is similar.

And that is why I want to put it back the way it was....
Thanks for your help in enabling me to do this

To restore builtin kuids that you've edited you right click and select Edit - Revert to Original.

I messed up some built in content as well. I ruined the default CN SD40-2. I was sad about it, then I got cnr's stuff. The sadness left as fast as I could load the first SD40u! :D Gotta love creators. Sadly, nothing says "Trainz" then the "crappy" built in content! ;)

I've been having trouble with that Revert option. For some reason, I haven't screwed up the engine enough to allow it to Revert (or for some other reason). I suppose I should change the KUID? Deleted half the textures by accident is the main problem.

Cheers,
Joshua
