View Full Version : Trainz's Keys and password reset

I recently reformatted my pc with a bigger hard 250gb harddrive, unfortunately
I had to reinstall all of my trainz stuff, trainz 04, 06, 09 , classics 1 and 2
I brought a new first class ticket, but can't update or change my password
because I registered all of the these games the first time, and its asking me to
reregister again, what should I do in this case.:'(

Click on your Profile at the top left of the page, under the subheading Trainz, click on Serial Number. This will show you the serial numbers for all versions of Trainz you have registered.

The helpdesk@auran.com email is not monitored, and has not been monitored since about 2003 (I had the newsletter that announced until about 3 weeks back when that drive gave out).

You will need to use the email address that is in your forum profile when sending an email to the auransupport email.
