View Full Version : Is the Auran online store still working...?

After playing with the TRAINZ demo, I ordered the TRAINZ Collection on the Auran website. I paid through PayPal. It's been about a week and a half and the order status says it's still waiting for PayPal. I've emailed shop@auran.com but as yet have received no answers.

I've been reading about Auran's problems, but was hoping it wouldn't affect my order. I love this sim and sure hope it wasn't money into the wind. :'(

Anyone have any more info than I do...?

Happened to me last time I ordered. Checking PayPal account showed the payment was never done. Had to contact Auran to get a new payment-link, after that package came in a week.

Have a look at you PayPal status.

I ordered a FCT from the shop and got this strange invoice.

No Tickets found. Now what does that mean! I was hoping for a better download speed after 12 hours or so.

Has the FCT system been discontinued?

If you pay through PayPal ( at least from the US) there is a go between before auran gets the dollars. I e-mailed the 'go betweeen' ( Christopher Cordes ccordes@cordessoftware.com ) and he apologized... said he would straighten it out. My account now says "Pending" on the auran website. Lets see if it makes it all the way to "shipped".
