According to this page (https://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Trainz/Kinds/kind_product/List_of_Built-In_Products), it is a built-in product in TS2010 and TS 2012.

How did I find this? I have generally found it very profitable to do a search using the KUID number as a search parameter in my favorite search engine.

Its a builtin item...if you cannot source it on the DLS you probably should just delete it out of your config. Believe its builtin in 2010 and 2012.

If you were missing the item noted above... kuid:555555:90427 , we took it out of the 10K gal tankcar and reuploaded it without that product. Just redownload the CDP and overwrite. You should then be all set!

Or you can open the config file and delete the 2 references to that kuid number and then rename the next product number to the previous one you deleted if there is a gap in numbering. Save it then select resubmit and it should work . I just tried it to one of the tankers in the JB 17 tanker pack. Downside is you need to this to all that have that error message but as you can see below it works:
(Note: the second appearance of kuid 555555:90427 is with the products list towards the bottom and I believe is #15, once you delete that rename the #16 product back to #15 replacing the deleted one etc...)http://hostthenpost.org/uploads/4b4ac286d6e1eedc55c1b0f501e03c25.png (http://hostthenpost.org)
