You can, but a payware route has to be good. Very good. Have you any screenshots?

If you include OPS (OtherPeoplesStuff) (such as a mailbox, trashcan, road, track, trees, textures ... etc ...) and they don't want their assets on your payware route, you can not sell it. If someone else made your DEM, you can not sell it. Unless all the creators signed off explicitly, that you may reference their assets on your payware route.

I have not started a paywer route yet but thanks for the advice. I will try to be careful.

he's right. not only do they have to be good, they have to be big. payware engines are a different story. people will buy an engine even if it's not worth it only 'cuase they need that particular train for something. people will buy payware routes, but one of the main reasons is that they may come with custom engines and cars.
