The "team" is working quite fast. I entered the following ticket yesterday and it is already closed today. Outstanding!

Did they respond to your ticket at the same time just out of interest, or did they simply close it?

If it's Trainz bug related, you may find it easier to use their new bugs reporting system at https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1IBOOd9crVSEK554_qZsec1bL6QQSRnYJ7aANwPWgvAc

No response, just closed. The issue may be fixed, and given the ticket load, it is more efficient to just close it.

Did not know this new system was available. I would have expected some notice on the old system page. Also, The issues do not seem to have a date.

The new bug reporting system wasn't particularly advertised unless one receives emails from N3V or checks the Articles page. I've noticed that it doesn't mention dates either - it's likely to be how it's been set up. It may be worth filing your bug there as N3V will be able to let you know if it's been fixed in HF2 or SP1 (lists of fixes for both are at http://online.ts2009.com/mediaWiki/index.php/T:ANE_%22Release_Version%22)

Incidentally, there's been a few instances of sudden closure of tickets without response on the Helpdesk from N3V lately.

Boleyd, your ticket came in at 5:19am and was replied to at 11:22.

Please check your spam folder for the email response or log in to the support site to review your full ticket history.

Given that it was a bug report, the bug has been noted and passed on to the dev team (it would be better to use this form (https://docs.google.com/a/n3vgames.com/forms/d/1r9l4e80qvjoAwHSFZ19ZGVE4Hdk5CG3DG9xsMSh1V-o) to submit this type of report and you can view all reports in this spreadsheet (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1IBOOd9crVSEK554_qZsec1bL6QQSRnYJ7aANwPWgvAc)
