Hi, I submitted a ticket to the helpdesk and it says it was closed and resolved but I can't view the ticket.

You should be able to - click Helpdesk above, then login, then View Tickets, then the name of the ticket you want to view.

Hi Shane, I'm already logged in, there dosen't seem to be any content relating to the ticket and for some reason it's marked as closed.

Did you try clicking the ticket ID?

Just had another look myself - you have to click the title of the ticket which is just above the ticket ID.

That was the problem, I didn't click the title I was trying to click the ID first. Thanks for the help, it's greatly appreciated!
