It sucks I can't download anything or update content till the reactivate my account so for now some put so videos on here for me to watch preferably some Canadian trains or music not country music please

This doesn't make sense. If you are not registered, which appears here, you cannot download. That's your problem.

Yeah, go to Google/Bing, and look up videos on CNR/BCR/CPR. I'm sure you'll find plenty. :)

Youtube is loaded with everything you want to watch..... There's a reason that I have it on my PC, Xbox, and Kindle tablet..... It's probably because I get bored like you and want to watch UP trains, so I turn one of those on, and then find a video I want to watch, kick back, grab a soda and maybe a snack, and watch the parade of UP trains roll.

i did submit a ticket because they disabled my account since i didnt log on so much but thats cause i didnt really have any games till about a few weeks ago now and my account is over a year old just wasnt used till about now since i am able to play 3 of the games but cant do any updates at all x.x till they reactivate my account

You could just re-register your account and punctuate, spell, and use correct grammar. A lot of people tend not to listen to posts that are badly punctuated, spelled, and with minimal grammar.

Is this a second account because your other account was locked?

If it is, you are in violation of the Code of Conduct and end up with a permanent ban.

Did they "end" your account due to some CoC violation? What?

N3V doesn't just automatically close accounts, possibly unless you registered an account and, after a long period of time, never registered a game. This is something spammers (or, more correctly, spambots) tend to do. Or, perhaps, as others have pointed out, you got banned.

Also, this is not a video-sharing site, so it's not likely people are going to post videos for your convenience. Nobody is here to post stuff for you. Lastly, you mentioned that you were "able to play 3 of the games". Are you sure you have the right site? If you bought Trainz on Steam or some other third-party then this is likely to be their problem.

i bought trainz A New Era Delux on steam Also train simulator 2015 on steam but i bought and installed Train simulator 12 off main website and it did let me register the key for train simulator 12 but i didnt get the other 2 keys for the others and i hadnt been on my account in a while thats why they disabled it but i sent a ticket to them saying i had perchased some of there games along with the builds

Train Simulator 2015 is nothing to do with N3V, and Trainz A New Era is not fully released yet so you won't get a key for that yet.

TS15 is Railworks, a totally foreign entity of N3V and Trainz

Buying on "Steam" or from an "App" store, may be throwing N3V for a loop

I always buy Trainz direct from the official N3V Store (SimCentral (http://www.simulatorcentral.com/index.php/simulators/special-offers.html)), to simplify things

If you have ever purchased another version of Trainz, you need to register ALL your versions, using the same identical UN & PW, as well as the same identical E-Mail address, or N3V gets confused and doesn't recognize you.

Using FREE Skype, I have viewed, and shared screens with this fellow in "The Great White North" - Canada, and he indeed has purchased TS12 from the N3V official store SimCentral, and he has a legitimate TS12 Trainz Digital Download, as well as a T:ANE digital download from Steam.

As he has his PC confused with Steam, which placed the N3V TS12 installation, inside a Steam folder ... I gave him suggestions to uninstall TS12, restart his PC, and re-install the official N3V TS12 in C\ProgramFiles ... hopefully this will help him iron things out with registering his TS12 with Planet Auran (which he already has done) ... His registration of TS12 shows there at Planet Auran, but it shows "an error has occurred with verifying his UN & PW", and this prevents him from editing his profile, yet it shows his game is indeed legitimately registered with N3V.

I have seen several other people having problems with registering their games on Planet Auran, and perhaps the helpdesk is flooded, and a weekend causes even more delays ... And N3V is working on an incredibly complex new engine T:ANE, causing the automatic registration process to be fouled up ... hopefully the helpdesk will resolve his issues.

So I will be continuing to communicate with this legit TS12 user, so as to help him get his legit game registered, and the CM working.

He has many other Steam games, and he bought T:ANE from Steam, as it was cheaper ... And Steam may be throwing N3V registration a loop ... IDK

Had a nice long talk with him today if anyone wants to talk about trianz hes the guy haha i enjoyed talking with him and we did cover more ground but this is a Helpdesk problem to solve
