So i have a simulator central account that i bought trainz 12 on. so a few years ago i made a forum account but i dont remeber the user name password or the email it went to. i still have the key and able to log in to the SC account but i cant find the account so im un able to use the CM DlS or the DLS i tried the trouble shoot and it did not work. and i do not want to buy trainz AGAIN. if any at all help well be grately loved!

If you can find the details of the other account, the HelpDesk team can combine the accounts so that your serial numbers from the other are merged into the account you are using now.

i still have the Simulator Central account but i do not know the details of the forum account.

Contact the helpdesk with your current ID. Explain to them exactly what you told us here. Zec or someone can figure it out for you. That's their job. :)
