I have not heard from N3V about my FCT I have sent them messages but no reply I never had this problem when it was just Auran with all my other FCT

Could you stop making a new topic every time you want to continue the same discussion?


And Auran was (as far as I know) bankrupt (or near bankrupt) so staying on their own was not an option.

Did you send a ticket to the helpdesk yet?
Did you give it at least 24 hours?

You need to keep an eye on the View Tickets page after you log into Helpdesk, as they may or may not send out an email when they respond.

AURAN went the way the Dodo bird went. Ever heart of the "FURY" disaster (look it up in Google), the online game AURAN had created and which ultimately broke its back. That is why we now have the 2 man N3V Games team (not really but you know what I mean) that tries to do all but has not enough manpower to do a decent job with Trainz, which Trainz would surely deserve.

I have checked both the simulator central and trainz portal helpdesks, and there is only one ticket (in simulator central) which was received by the helpdesk at 5:33am AU-EST. This ticket has already been replied to by our helpdesk team, and your First Class Ticket has been transferred to your account and is now available for you to activate via your Planet Auran profile.
