I have come across this problem recently where the alpha channel in assets that have an alpha channel do not appear as they should. what i mean by this is that whenever I look at something in Surveyor or Driver, it has these weird "dots of alpha" (as I like to put it). It's sorta like a mesh screen, if you want to put it that way.

Here is a screenshot for those people who think I am insane...

Can anybody shed some light on what exactly is causing this and how I can fix it?

Thanks

That may be a side effect of the 'uniform colour' fixes.

Check your anti-alias setting in the launcher. It should be set to 4.

I'll have a look at that myself next time I run TS12 - I get the same thing since I switched to OpenGL with many foliage items at a distance. Anyplace that's supposed to be semi transparent appears to have zillions of pin holes in it.

Okay, so I am not crazy... xD

I knew it probably had something to do with the Direct X/Open GL setting but I never knew about the anti-alias setting. I'll go change that real quick.
