No amount of diatribe will lessen the personal thrill I gained by patiently waiting until the post count read 999,999 and then posting my "Happy Birthday to the UP" thread. The suspense as the numbers fitfully climbed, the satisfaction of seeing the 1,000,000 number after I posted, the over arching realization that for once I was in the right place at the right time. Heady stuff! Good times....good times!
