How often have you seen this enticement when you go on a website? Usually it is something to ignore. But the TRAINZ Discussion Forum will reach that milestone sometime next week. See the stats at bottom of main forum page. Presumably these have the 2006 server crash as their origin. I wonder what it would have been if we still had the stats from Trainz Day 1.

No fair in Trainz ...
Were you answering another thread? Don't see the connection to the upcoming message milestone.

Is there an option to show forum stats? I don't have them at the bottom of my page. Just two boxes, one "Tags for this thread" and the other "Posting Permissions." Then a language selection field and the time.

 I hope Euphod get's it! By the way, congrats on your 13,000th post Ed...

In honor of the multi-national spirit of the Olympics I hope it's someone from the UK, but thanks for the sentiment. As for 13000...I can still see it in my rear view mirror! Thanks!

Yay Danny5! What did he win? Nothing? Okay.
(I was aware of the post count, and how it differs from deletions, merges and other machinations, but the thread is about the post count as shown at the bottom of the forum page.)

However, that was only because I thought it was the actual figure. Now I've learnt something new in my 76th year.

Ho well, no free waffles for Ed.:'( Better luck next time!

I was just wondering, what would I do if I made the 1,000,000th post. Maybe a trip to Jamaica, or maybe an ice cream sandwich. Tough choice, but which would you choose?

Cheers

AJ
