WQHD Monitor

Hi,

I'm planning on getting a new monitor; one possibility being the ASUS PB278Q which has WQHD capabilities and a maximum resolution of 2560 x 1440. Will Train Simulator 12 and also the new TANE support that resolution? The ASUS has a response time of 6 ms. Is that fast enough for both Simulator and TANE? I do a lot of graphics work so I need a monitor that will give me accurate colors (as well as run Trainz). Thanks. Guy

I used to run a 2K monitor earlier this year (2K being the type you are talking about) and TS12 ran well on it. I changed to a 4K monitor a while ago and just bought a Titan X graphics card and TS12 runs very well on the combo.

I run on a 40" 4k monitor(Philips) with a titan black gfx card, but can't seem to get it to run at 60hz, i can choose between 29 and 30hz desktop is running at 3860*2180 60hz, any ideas as to why? computer is an i7ee 24 gig ram running windows 7x64.
