Was just wondering if there was a way to edit the config file so that when you hit the B key the bell will go on with the ditch lights flashing and hit the B again to make them stop flashing.....

Recently they only flash when the horn is blown and coming to an RR crossing and then stay on for a period of time and then they stop flashing....

Was just wondering if there was a way to just hit the B button to make them flash with the bell on and hit the B again to shut the bell off and have them stop flashing....
