I have Trainz 22 and am using Windows 10.I have received notification that Windows 10 support will end on October 14 2025.Will there be any problems that will come up for my Trainz simulator game by converting to Windows 11.

I have been running 22 on Windows 11 for some time with no issues. I did post about the Preview Asset not working for textures, but I don't think that is related to Windows 11.

Do not expect problems after shifting/updating your OS. Keep your GRCard drivers updated.

My only additional comment to the above and something perhaps you are, or should be doing anyway, is to backup your routes and sessions beforehand to some form of external storage. Its also worth having copies of routes and assets which didn't come from the DLS. Its not that you can't download them again, too frequently its that you cannot remember or locate the original source. Peter

I never had a problem with Windows 11 24H2 and Trainz. However, I did with Ubisoft titles and CoD Black Ops 6 with DirectX errors causing crash and freeze problems on one of those games. I fixed that by reverting to 23H2. So, if you don't run those titles I ran into trouble with, should be fine. I have not seen a correct fix or announcement regarding the issue being fixed on what I have been dealing with. Also, by default, you get to have 10 days to roll back to Windows 10. I would suggest trying it out, see if you have any problems. Relay back here your experience (good or bad) and see if you need to roll back or just keep on chugging along.
