Will Trainz 12 Run on My New Toshiba Laptop?

I was wondering if Trainz 12 will run on my Toshiba laptop I just ordered. i would prefer that Trainz isn't as laggy as it was on my desktop. Here are my specs,

1.7GHz Intel Core i5-3317U, up to 2.6GHz with Turboboost 2.0
6GB DDR3 RAM
750 GB 5400 RPM SATA Hard drive
Mobile Intel HD Graphics with shared graphics memory
SRS Premium Sound HD
Windows 7 64-bit
Thanks in advance for any help!

The graphics are not up to it, plus from what I've just read the cpu is only a dual core so I'm afraid it will struggle .

yes workes fine on mine works perfect after you download the latest version of derect x i think but I still can't remeber the website

Thanks for the advice. i have been looking at a Dell Alienware Desktop. Its specs are,

Processor 3rd Generation Intel® Core™ i5-3330 (6M Cache, up to 3.0 GHz)Operating System Windows® 7 Home Premium, 64Bit, English
Memory2 8GB3 Dual Channel DDR3 SDRAM at 1600MHz
Hard Drive 1TB SATA 3Gb/s (7,200RPM) 32MB Cache
Video Card 1GB GDDR5 NVIDIA® GeForce® GT 640
Monitor No Monitor
Warranty 1 Year Mission Critical Support
Note this was copied from Dell's Site.
Will Trainz 12 work on this computer? Again, thanks in advance.

Alienware likes to cook almost as much as Toshiba does.

While the integrated graphics aren't great, you can get away with hybrid graphics, which there are some mid-level laptops out there that offer such a thing.

Essentially it works like this, the computer will use the integrated graphic card to save on power when there's applications being run that don't require a bulkier GPU. Then when you turn on a game or some big graphics program, it will use the dedicated chip. I have one of those laptops, and quite frankly my performance is actually semi-decent. I've even run Fraps on it before while playing Trainz and it seems to keep within the 20-30 FPS range when settings are medium-high.

Higher end laptops I would really avoid buying unless you're doing a lot of gaming other than Trainz. Just my 2 cents, some people may not share the same opinion.
