Will my System play Trainz 12?

i'm guessing it would work but, will it be too slow on my system? i currently have TS2009 should i stick with that or upgrade if my computer can handle it.

MY COMPUTER:
Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 @ 2.40GHz
8GB Ram
64bit Operating System (windows 7)
ATI Radeon HD5800 series

WINDOWS EXP INDEX:
Processor - 7.1
Memory/Ram - 7.1
Graphics - 7.4
Gaming Graphics - 7.4
Primary Hard Disc - 5.9
BASE: 5.9

i have no idea wheather my computer would be classified Low/Med or High end!

PS: also how much is Trainz 12 in Australia? (mainly Penrith/Blacktown/Parra areas)

yeh thats what i meant. it's actually cheaper than i thought.
