Why is this?

After the muck up trying to install the update, I have spent the weekend backing up content and purchased an external h/d to use for trainz only, I totally installed the original download of ts 12 and installed it on the h/d, worked fine. pLan was to instal and update to new then put in other content slowly
Went and did the update to 49922 , worked fine, went to sp1 and tells me not for this version
Now can not go into content manager or updates as cant find Planet Auran details please enter details, do this keeps comming back cant find, entered in start up menu , content manager settings etc , reenter everything in download station etc, keeps comming up cant find enter auran details.
guess what Im logged in here and planet auran, So what gives?

There is a known issue - there are about 50 threads on the subject - that the DLS and/or Planet Auran servers are either down or at the very least so slow and unresponsive that they might as well be down. It is an issue unrelated to the update issues. The timing couldn't have been worse though....
