Why does no one at Auran respond anymore?

I purchased Trainz routes Volumes 1 and 2 and since the 24th March, I have been unable to get a response from Auran. My problem is that while Volume 2 downloaded successfully, following the same instructions I have not been able to download Volume 1.

I have contacted them on four occasions in the last month, but my requests for help have remained unanswered. Does this mean that this is the end of Trainz software?

If anyone from Auran reads this, please please check your emails and respond. Thank you.

How did you contact them? Through the helpdesk form (http://auran.com/helpdesk/)? This is the only way to contact them
