Why does no one at Auran respond anymore?

I purchased Trainz routes Volumes 1 and 2 and since the 24th March, I have been unable to get a response from Auran. My problem is that while Volume 2 downloaded successfully, following the same instructions I have not been able to download Volume 1.

I have contacted them on four occasions in the last month, but my requests for help have remained unanswered. Does this mean that this is the end of Trainz software?
